How do your service fees work?
One‑time service fee per product (with a dual‑product option). Factory payments go directly to the supplier—you pay them for samples, production and freight. Our support continues until your first inventory reaches your warehouse/Amazon FBA.
What is the typical sourcing timeline?
Shortlist: 1–2 weeks · Samples: 7–14 days · Production: 4–8+ weeks depending on category/finishes.
Do you handle Amazon FBA labeling and packaging?
Yes. We support FNSKU/MRP labels, carton labels, and packaging guidance per marketplace requirements.
Do you manage quality inspections?
Yes. We arrange pre‑production, in‑line, and pre‑shipment (AQL) checks with photo/video evidence and a defect summary.
Do you handle logistics and export?
Yes. We coordinate export documentation and handover with your freight forwarder for door delivery to your warehouse or FBA.
What MOQs should I expect from India?
MOQs vary by product. We negotiate case‑by‑case to align with your target quantities, finishes, and packaging.
Sourcing Process
What do you need to start?
Product name, reference link (Amazon/URL), target price, and estimated order quantity. Optional: material specs, compliance notes, packaging preferences.
How many suppliers do you shortlist?
Typically 3–5 vetted factories that match your requirement, with quotes, MOQs, and lead times.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. We’re happy to sign a mutual NDA before sharing proprietary details or drawings.
Pricing & Payment
What’s included in your service fee?
Supplier search, price/MOQ negotiation, sample collection & consolidation, FNSKU/MRP & packaging guidance, and export coordination—until first inventory arrival.
How do I pay factories?
You pay factories directly via bank transfer or your preferred route. We provide payment guidance and documentation flow.
Do you take commission from factories?
No. Our model is a transparent service fee paid by the buyer. This avoids conflicts and keeps pricing clear.
Samples & MOQs
How fast can I get samples?
Most categories dispatch within 7–14 days. We consolidate samples and provide tracking.
Can you label samples?
Yes—each sample can be labeled with SKU, factory code, and notes to simplify evaluation on your end.
Can MOQs be reduced?
Often yes—by adjusting material grades, finishes, or packaging. We negotiate options to meet your targets.
Labeling & Packaging
Do you support FNSKU & MRP labeling?
Yes. We guide FNSKU/MRP labels, carton labels, and carton marking standards for Amazon/e‑commerce compliance.
Can you help with packaging design?
We provide packaging guidance and can refer designers/print vendors; factories execute the approved dielines.
When should labels be finalized?
During sampling—to avoid rework at packing. We include label checks in our milestones.
Inspections & QC
Which inspections do you offer?
Pre‑production, In‑line, and Pre‑shipment (AQL) with photo/video evidence and a defect summary.
Who pays for travel?
Travel & accommodation for inspectors are billed at cost; we’ll confirm estimates before scheduling.
Can I get a sample from production?
Yes—golden samples and PP samples can be shipped for your approval before mass production.

Do you arrange freight?
We coordinate with your chosen forwarder. If you need options, we can connect you with freight partners.
What shipping terms do you support?
EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP depending on product and destination. We’ll advise pros/cons for your case.
Which documents are handled?
Commercial invoice, packing list, COO, fumigation (if required), and compliance docs per category.
Amazon / FBA
Can you create shipment plans?
We support the labeling & packing part and coordinate with your team for shipment plan creation inside Seller Central.
Do you provide barcodes?
We use the barcodes you provide (FNSKU/ASIN/UPC) and ensure factories apply them correctly.
Do you help with compliance?
We share category‑specific checklists and align factories to your marketplace’s requirements.
