When do you disclose supplier names?

Supplier identities are shared during active engagements once the project begins and NDAs, if required, are in place.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. We regularly sign mutual NDAs with brands prior to deep product disclosure.

Who pays for samples and courier?

You do, at cost. We consolidate where possible to reduce courier expense.

When should inspections be done?

For most goods, pre‑shipment (AQL) is a must; in‑line checks are advisable for complex textiles, leather goods, or custom packaging.

How are factory and freight payments handled?

All payments are made directly by you to factories and forwarders. We coordinate timelines and documentation.

What typically causes delays?

Custom packaging, festive holidays, material shortages, and late approvals. We highlight these risks up front and propose buffers.
