AQL basics

AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) is a sampling method to decide whether a lot should be accepted or rejected. You select a general inspection level (GI/GII/GIII) and defect classes (critical/major/minor) with acceptable thresholds.

Is pre‑shipment (PSI) enough?

PSI is essential for first orders; add In‑line if the product is complex or you’ve seen repeat issues.

What’s the difference between AQL II and III?

GII (AQL II) is standard; GIII (AQL III) inspects a larger sample, increasing confidence (and time/cost). We’ll advise based on risk.

How fast do we get the report?

Within 24–48 hours after the on‑site check. Urgent summaries can be shared sooner via WhatsApp.

Can you re‑inspect after fixes?

Yes—upon your request. Additional day/visit charges may apply.

Who pays travel & stay?

You do, at cost. We keep travel practical and confirm estimates ahead of time.

Do you open sealed cartons?
